Rapid Response - Third Generation (R2-3G) is the U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. It is a five year contract available to Department of Defense (DOD) and other Federal Agencies to provide rapid access to products and services to research, development, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing platforms, systems, subsystems. Non-Federal agencies may use the R2-3G contract if the work is within scope and Federal funds are used to fund the effort. R2-3G is CECOM primary Homeland Defense Security contract. The type of contract is Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with the option to issue either Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Reimbursable (CR), or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. Task security (DD Form 254) and delivery schedules will be negotiated separately for each Task Order. Elite Systems is a member of the Northrop Grumman Team.

Accenture LLP awarded Elite Systems a contract to support its Prime IDIQ contract with the US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency for information technology support services for the Farm Applications Services and Technologies (FAST). Elite Systems was part of the Accenture team from the early stages and was part of the proposal that was submitted to the Government.
