The US Patent & Trademark Office awarded Elite Systems a 5 year contract to install and support a Unisys NX6832. Elite Systems will be responsible for acquiring, a Unisys NX6832 server, delivering it to the USPTO, deinstalling the current server and installing the new Server including all tasks associated with providing equipment and services. As is the requirement for this solicitation, Elite Systems provided to the USPTO, at no additional charge, a lemon and warranty policy on all offered hardware. All installation and subsequent support services were conducted in accordance with applicable standards, policies, guidelines and business processes, including to the mandates of the Enterprise Lifecycle and the Enterprise Architecture. Elite Systems provided all the management and logistical coordination and support required to coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment as well the deployment of qualified technicians to install and configure the NX6832 server.
